ACCESS
Always look through the spyhole in your door before admitting anyone to your room. If in doubt please call the Duty Manager.

ADAPTERS
The voltage in the Netherlands is 220-230V AC. Adapters and transformers are available from the hotel reception. A security deposit of € 25 or € 100 per item is required for this. This security deposit can be charged to your room bill.

AIR-CONDITIONING
The hotel is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have a radiator connected to the central heating system. Depending on the season you can adjust one of the systems to your requirements. On the wall you will find the instructions for the airconditioning unit. Please contact reception if you have any questions about the appliance.

BABYSITTER
Please contact the concierge desk at least 24 hours before you require this service.

BANK
If you wish to use the services of a local bank, the concierge in the lobby can provide you with addresses of banks in the area.

BANQUETING FACILITIES
Our Banqueting Sales department will be pleased to help you plan a successful meeting, conference, cocktail party or party, either in this hotel or in one of the other Eden Hotels.

BAR
Our Bar Americain is open daily from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. and every Sunday from 12:00 noon until 1:00 a.m. We offer a varied selection of drinks, cocktails and small dishes.

BATHROBES
Please contact reception if you would like a bathrobe brought to your room. You can also purchase one for € 50.

BED
We can provide bed boards if you think the bed is too soft. Please contact our reception.

BLANKETS
Please contact reception if you need an extra blanket in your room.

BOTTLE OPENER
A bottle opener can be found next to your minibar.

BREAKFAST
You can have breakfast in our Café Americain from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Monday to Friday. Breakfast is served from 07:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. You can also order breakfast in your room. Please complete the breakfast order card and hang this on the door handle outside your door before 5:00 a.m.

BUSINESS SERVICES
You can contact reception for fax services, photocopies, tickets, internet, e-mail and sending post. At the mezzanine floor in the lobby you will find business computers for internet and printing which you can use free of charge.

CAR HIRE
Please contact the concierge in the lobby.

CHECK-IN
You can check in from 3:00 p.m. If you would like to use the room before this time, you should book a day earlier.

CHECK-OUT
The official check-out time is 12:00 noon. If this hour is not suitable, we request that you notify reception. They will be pleased to assist you. If you check out after 12:00 noon, an extra amount will be charged. Please contact reception for further information.

CHURCH SERVICES
A list of churches and times of service can be obtained from the concierge.

CLEANING
Your room is cleaned every day. If you don’t require this, please hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign outside your door. However, the hotel retains the right to enter your room for cleaning every second day.

CONCIERGE
This can be found in the lobby on the ground floor. The concierge is the source of information, whether your visit is for business or pleasure. You can ask them about almost everything, including theatre, cinema, opera, trips, car hire etc.

COT
Please contact reception for this. We do not charge for placing a cot in your room.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Euro/Master Card, Diners Club, JCB and Visa.

DIET
Please do not hesitate to contact our restaurant staff if you have special dietary requirements. They will be pleased to assist you.

DO NOT DISTURB
Hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign outside your door if you don’t wish to be disturbed and, if required, ask the receptionist to withhold calls to your room. It is hotel policy not to provide guests’ room numbers to third parties.

DOCTOR
Please contact reception for assistance. A minimum fee of € 100 will be charged if the doctor visits you in your hotel room.

DRINKING WATER
Tap water in the Netherlands is drinkable.

DRUGS
The use of soft drugs is tolerated in the Netherlands; the use of these in the hotel, however, is strictly forbidden. If you do use drugs in your room, you will be charged a minimum of € 150 in extra cleaning costs and you may be removed from the hotel.

DRY CLEANING
The hotel offers laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services, except on Sundays and public holidays. Clothing handed to reception before 09:00 a.m. will be returned after 07:00 p.m. on the same day. On Saturdays an additional charge of 50% applies. For a complete explanation please refer to the laundry list, which you can find in your wardrobe.
